Directions? From NYS Thruway exit 18(New Paltz), at traffic light bear right onto rt 299. Take rt 299 to the end and bear right onto rt 9W south. Follow rt 9W south to the mid hudson bridge to rt 44/55 east. Follow 44/55 until it forks and bear right onto rt 44. Make a "U" turn in front of Burger King and stay in right lane. Make right onto Olympic Way (between STS Tire and OTB). Gym is behind STS Tire
