Our Story

Northeast Gymnastics is the oldest existing gymnastics school in the capital district. For over 40 years we have been helping children build skills that last a lifetime! The program at Northeast is based upon structured activities taught by qualified safety-conscious instructors. You can expect personalized attention to your child whether they are enrolled in a preschool class or one of our competitive teams. Our goal is to teach gymnastics in a fun, safe environment while teaching skills that last a lifetime. At Northeast Gymnastics, we strive to be much more than just a Gymnastics school! We are always looking for ways to enhance your children’s learning experience here at Northeast Institute of Gymnastics Institute. Your kiddo deserves a full curriculum that will help them develop socially and cognitively as well as physically. That is why we are proud to have Child and Adolescent Development Specialist, Robyn J. A. Silverman, PhD as a member of our staff. Dr. Robyn provides a multitude of resources to the families of our school for the betterment of our children.
