Make-up Classes:

As a convenience to you, Northeast Institute of Gymnastics will allow registered children to make up a missed class on a different day and time. Make-up classes must be scheduled ahead of time on the make-up class calendar link. Walk-ins will not be allowed. Make-up classes are limited to 2 per month and must be taken within 6 weeks of the missed class.

Payments Policies:

At the time of registration, accounts will be charged according to the tuition agreement chosen. Families must keep an up-to-date credit/debit card on file. There will be a $20 charge every time a payment is declined.

Withdrawal:

Month to month members may withdraw with a one months notice.

Snow Days:

Students may take a make-up class for any snow day. In the case of inclement weather please check the Member Facebook page to see if we will be open and holding classes.

Class Closure:

Northeast will be closed on the following Holidays:

Halloween October 31st.

Thanksgiving November 27th-29th.

Christmas December 23rd - Jan. 1st

Good Friday March 29th & 30th

Memorial Day May 27th.
