I just want to say THANK YOU to all your staff. We have felt such a community throughout the COVID pandemic.

Kim has posted Zoom sessions for which she has not charged the families, handwritten notes mailed an exclusive Facebook group, emails, messages, and phone calls to check on us. I have no words to say how much we have felt the gratitude of not only having your team teach our kids but above all the extraordinary care you have shown time and time again throughout these months. To every parent considering a good gymnastics place look no more I truly mean it.

10 Stars for a great gym!

We knew this was a great place when we first tried it when we moved to Albany from CA. ·My oldest moved up from recreational classes to the pre-team and then the team. ·My youngest was still doing recreational gymnastics and tumbling classes when we moved out of state to FL. ·Once we tried a couple gymnastics gyms for my girls we picked the best one that was relatively close to our house. ·This place is a world re-known gym and it does't compare in the slightest to way my kids were treated like family by Kim, Matt, Chris & the other coaches here. ·We all truly miss this gym and would highly recommend this gymnastics gym for your girls, whether you are new to the capital district, new to gymnastics or looking for a new gymnastics gym if your not happy with your current gym. ·I would give this place 10 stars if I could!!

Halloween Spooktacular!

Thank you so much for yesterday’s party Northeast! I have no words. You had all worked so hard to make it such a special moment for the kids. Watching them run around in their costumes, laugh and be back to normal for a second had me shed a tear or two. Last year my family was in quarantine during this time of the year and our kids in general have been through a lot so I am so grateful that you are trying so hard to give them back Halloween yet keep them safe. You truly are a community and truly care about the community. Thank you thank you.

Northeast is a wonderful gym!

My daughter is now a senior in high school and has been with the gym since 4 years old in their Tumble Tykes class. She has grown with the gym to Team level Gold. She loves all the opportunities that she has received with the gym. Gymnastics has built her confidence and has taught her time management. Kim, Matt and Chris are like her second family. She has gained many friends over the years and will soon miss a big part of gymnastics in her life as she goes on to college. Thank you Northeast for so many wonderful years of her/our life!!

Northeast is a great gym!

Asha has been coming to Northeast Institute of Gymnastics for 3 years and she loves it more every day! The open gyms, camps and especially the Halloween Spooktacular are always a good time! Adding the Trunk or Treat this year was a great idea! I hope it continues going forward. Thank you to Kim, Keshia and the wonderful staff of coaches and front desk assistants for helping Asha grow and for creating a safe space for all of the kids.

Amazing Staff!

Your staff is amazing! M's little brother has Autism, he is considered nonverbal, has issues with poor muscle tone, weak core, and significantly delayed gross motor skills. Your girls took turns working with him one on one yesterday making sure that he was safe, happy, and able to enjoy the Halloween festivities like all the other kids. It was so nice to see how sweet and caring they were with him and I was amazed at how comfortable they made him feel. You may have a new student heading your way!

Northeast is a Safe place for my kids

What an amazing and supportive team! We are so grateful for coach Kim who encourages my kiddo every week to grow as a person and as a gymnast. She understands children, is patient, firm in a kind way, and is so in tune with the kiddos. I especially appreciate that she can pick up on subtle body cues to help them pick their dominate sides and build on their skills. I'm so happy to have a safe place for my fearless kiddo who just turned five (safely) practice skills like the uneven bars, flips and tumbles, cartwheels, and even handstands. It is an excellent and welcoming program.

Worth Every Penny

Highly recommend. From temperature screenings at the entrance of the building to jumping into a bin or sanitizer for feet and sanitizing hands, it couldn’t feel more safe. Kim is always using hula hoops to ensure kids are social distancing and turning it into great training exercises for the girls. Both my girls have desperately needed an outlet for their energy and some structure added back into their regimen due to no schooling. I’ve never seen them so excited to put on a leotard and get ready for class. Worth every penny.

We love Northeast because...

Our daughter has been at Northeast for just under 11 months - we absolutely ❤️ Northeast Gymnastics !! The gym is clean, they practice safety, and is fun. It boasts encouragement and support not only from the instructors but, student to student. We love that a part of what they teach is hard work, perseverance, strength and dedication leads to self accomplishment and confidence. The staff are fantastic with the kids!! On more than one occasion I’ve witnessed it go beyond the gym - Kim, Matt and the staff are amazing role models of caring, kindness and respect - we’re thankful to have found Northeast and are grateful for all they do!!
